Our approach to your pest problem starts from the pre-treatment inspection of your property. Before employing any pesticide, we have to understand how serious infestation is. Sighting a single pest does not always mean use of pesticide is needed. Understanding acceptable pest level is always important. If pest is below acceptable level, then preventive method is employed by our expert. And if pest infestation is above acceptable level then use of mild of strong pest control will be employed.

Based on the analysis we recommend right method to treat the infestation.

After the completion of the inspection, your JFM expert will recommend you the best solution to the pest infestation depending on its condition of criticality and your choice.

Right treatment to right infestation is very important. If inappropriate method is used, then many pest colonies just get disturbed and instead of dying or vanishing completely they just relocate their colonies in different location leaving you in more stressful situation.

Preventive method is always our first choice. We can always prevent the pest infestation by taking right approach. E.g. we can always keep our kitchen clean and maintain hygiene by protecting it from cockroach, ants and rodents.  We can always keep our surrounding clean and free of stagnant water to protect it from mosquitos.

We can install barriers and traps such as balcony net, window net, rat trap to protect our properties from pest such as birds, rodents, mosquitos, termites. When the infestation is increasing and cannot be controlled by preventive method then only our next choice is employing pesticide.

If preventing method is no longer effective. Then only we employ pesticide to control the pest infestation. In this method we use highly targeted chemicals and mechanical methods such as rat trapping and poisoning, targeted spraying of pesticide mild as well as strong one.

Identification and Treatment are necessary to identify and remove pest from your premises, but we believe that periodic monitoring is also necessary to keep the pest away from the properties and make sure that they do not invade it again.
